This Beach Cottage is perfect for couples and small families. It is very comfortable and stylish two bedroom cottage with tasteful furniture.
It is located in a very quiet area and just steps to a beautiful sandy beach. From the cottage it is an easy walk along the beach into the center of the Village of Carlsbad with wonderful restaurants, shops and entertainment.
For young children we are a short distance to Legoland. Carlsbad is one of the best rated family beaches in the U.S.A. Carlsbad has easy access to all activities in Southern California. Also, the Coaster commuter train runs along the coast into downtown San Diego and makes for a fun outing.
This is a sweet house – not a condominium. There are no attached walls to other people’s units like a condo. No one is above you or below. It is a separate stand-alone house. It is ideal for families who want a more “home” atmosphere.
The cottage sleeps up to 5. The master bedroom has a queen bed. You can hear the surf at night from the master bedroom. The other bedroom has a full and a twin in a bunk arrangement.
There is a patio and sun deck area with barbecue and outdoor dining.
Kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, disposal and microwave.
House is equipped with Cable TV, DVD, VCR, CD player, radio and High Speed Internet connection. Also there is a washer/dryer and storage room for your exclusive use. Parking is off-street.
All Kitchen items, towels, linens, beach chairs, umbrella provided. Baby Pac-n-Play is available if needed.
Park your car and get out from behind the wheel for awhile. Restaurants, casual dining, shops and beach amenities are all within easy walking distance.
A tradition we have is to gather at the beach to watch the sunset and look for the Green Flash. Carlsbad Beach is one of the best rated family beaches in the country.
This home is located in a residential neighborhood and we must respect our neighbors. We love children.
